Hello Tweeters
I spend the last eleven Days in Montana.Yesterday I ?started my message,I
was tired and left it in save. For some reason I can not retrieve it.So in
order to Finnish my message I have to start all over.I got some of my photos
I took on my Website.Biggest miss was the Piping Plover, what do to the high
waters did not bred on the refuge. This trip was all camping, but I ?had great
Weather the whole time, and alone I had 125 species,it was not so full of
birds as in 1996 as Patrick and I visiting the same area where we had
182 species,and drove only 2.300 miles.I missed 2 places and drove 2.6550
miles.Best birds where 1 Least Tern in BOWDOIN
REFUGE ,and in Zortman at Camp Creek I heard and saw a Black-billed
Cuckoo, heard first and saw the bird flying out of the huge bushes. The rest I
will write tomorrow. There is I bird not ID, it was on the 22nd of June in
Bowdoin refuge.I trying to get the scope on this bird, but he flew already
off.I would guess it is some king of Sparrow, but he have a head like a
Flycatcher.I hope that any of you sharp birder could ID this bird for me.
My website is http://www.pbase,com/godwit
