Subject: [Tweeters] Tricolored Blackbirds?

Some friends and relations are interested in finding Tricolored Blackbirds in WA. It looks like the colony at Wilson Creek, described in Hal Opperman's birding guide, is the most likely place, but we'd appreciate anyone who can tell us (a) is the Wilson Creek colony still there and (b) can you recommend any other good places? Someone also expressed a concern that the birds might only be there (wherever "there" is) during the early breeding season and would disperse afterward--could that be true? Anyhow, thanks in advance to anyone with good information.

Cheers,
