Hi Tweets,

This morning (7-10-11) there were about 14 LEAST SANDPIPERS, 1
DOWITCHER (sp.), 1 SEMI-PALMATED SANDPIPER, and a number of KILLDEER
in the Edmonds Marsh, along with CANADA GEESE and MALLARDS (including
two ducklings). BOTH BARN AND VIOLET-GREEN SWALLOWS were on the wing.

On the waterfront there were 2 MARBLED MURRELETS, 18 RHINOCEROS
AUKLETS, 2 PIGEON GUILLEMOTS, and the flock of HEERMANN's GULLS has
increased to about 75. Several CASPIAN TERNS were flying as was 1
BELTED KINGFISHER. The only ducks were SURF SCOTERS.

Of interest were 4 Monarch Butterflies on Railroad Avenue S. on some
white flowers along the sidewalk at the Senior Center parking lot.
