Hi All,

The recent, very generous gift of a new (to me) camera encouraged me to get
out on Saturday and take some photographs for my badly neglected website.
Seeing as the fireweed is in bloom, I headed to everyone?s favorite spot in
Discovery Park to spend some quality time with the hummers gathered there
and put the new piece of equipment through its paces. I still have a LOT to
learn, but I?m happy with some of the shots from my initial outing. In
addition to the hummingbirds I was blessed with a visit from a Pacific
Chorus Frog. I got a few shots of him as well. The photos can be found in
