I stopped off again at Fields Riffle (just downstream from Snohomish town) today (7/16) to check on the Lazuli Buntings again. I didn't see the unusually colored male this time, but did see another male, and also a female. So maybe they are breeding here? I'll keep checking, as this spot is along my usual weekly bunny trail.
