Your Turkey Vulture report inspired me to comment on the increase in Turkey Vultures in the Northeast. I was recently in Maine, in the Appalachian Range, and I saw at least one TUVU every day, and on one day saw five or six from a mountainside. Twenty years ago Turkey Vultures were virtually unheard of in this part of the country.
