Tuesday afternoon (7/19) I ran into my friend (and fellow Tweetster) Terry at Pt. Edwards. As we were talking, he spotted the Pt. Edwards baby eagle perched in a tree north of the walkway.?? After several minutes (and lots of photos with our big honkin' lenses), the eaglet flew to the raptor tree on the fish hatchery grounds, a spot where I have often photographed its parents.?? I feel I have reached some kind of milestone, having now photographed two generations of the Pt. Edwards eagles perched in this tree.
