As of June 21st the Sinlahekin Road (Okanogan County) was quite
passable despite the road closure signs. The "washout" was all of 3 to
4 inches deep over a broad area, with only an inch or two of water
flowing over the center of the washout. The problem appeared to be a
plugged culvert.

I too initially fell for the signage -- until I was tipped off to the
true nature of the washout.
