That's possible but, actually, it is probably much more likely not to
be pesticide poisoning. The life expectancy of a hummingbird is about
1.5 years. That means that, on average, every 550 days all the
hummingbirds in the world will die of old age. So there must be
thousands of hummer deaths every day.
