Thank you everyone for emailing me about these mini chipmunks. Kevin Mack and Ian has the answer with Yellow-pine Chipmunks. I forgot to add they have been here for at least a month and are not growing like young Townsends would. I will get a photo as soon as I can, they are very shy.
We do have a new batch of Douglas Squirrels, rowdy youngsters :)
