After the wonderful weekend at Wenas with naturalists from all over
the region, I wrote my first of two blogs about the area. This one
looks at Black Canyon, above the Wenas Valley. This year my favorite
experience of the hike was finding and photographing a fledging
Northern Saw-Whet Owl.
