Greg Toffic is at the Skagit WMA Headquarters now, and he has a BLACK-THROATED
SPARROW close to the parking area for the Headquarters access at end of Wiley Rd.
The bird is about 200 yards west, walking the dike trail. Watch for the prominent
Doug Fir that sort of overhangs the trail there, bird is about 20 ft past that as of 11:30
a.m. I heard the Milltown bird was tail-less, so it seems we have two Skagit County
Black-throated Sparrows this spring!
