Tweeters,

Have any of you attending the Wenas camp-out seen any *Ash-throated
Flycatchers* along Wenas Road? I birded that area yesterday and came across
a medium sized flycatcher at the bridge over a creek just before the road
continues into Ponderosa Pine Forest. In "A Birder's Guide to Washington" on
page 299, Hal Opperman mentions this area as a good place for Ash-throated
Flycatcher. I did have the same bird there last spring, just half a mile
further east towards the Umtanum WMA parking lot. I did get a fairly good
look at it this time, but did not note the tail color. By the time I checked
my field guide, I was unable to relocate it. The overall appearance seemed
to be that of *Say's Phoebe*, but with a grayer head and maybe a different
posture (jizz?).
I would appreciate any information, if somebody else saw this bird.

Thank you and good birding!
