Hi all,

A singing?CLAY COLORED?SPARROW?was found along the Lakeview Trail of the Sun
Mountain Lodge (Winthrop, WA).? We easily heard it as we drove along the?main
road about 0.5 miles from the top. It was near the intersection of the main road
and the small road that leads to the corral.


A banner day of birding and good weather.? One of my clients reached 600
species?for her ABA list with crippling views of a GREAT GRAY OWL near
Havillah.?


Lots of owls and fancy chickens seen today.? A full report later.
