Nice pond! The only negative I can think of about the fountain is the extra
water that will evaporate on hot days. I don't think it will keep any birds
away. We have many varieties of birds coming to our water feature, but none
of them come to the middle of the pond. They drink or bathe where the water
is shallow and they don't seem to mind the noisy waterfall area.
