A few days ago, I asked for some birding input regarding my upcoming trip to Washington. Many thanks to all who responded.

If I may, I have would like to throw out another question. I am interested in heading to Wilson Creek for the Tri-colored Blackbird. Knowing Opperman's book is now 8 years old, are they still there?

Knowing my luck, I would drive there and find out the colony fizzled last year........
