Hey tweets, just ran home as fast as I could to report a Thrasher at
the Fill. I'm pretty sure it's a BROWN THRASHER. I heard it singing!!!
I first saw it on the trail at Leaky Pond. It flew into the bushes and
trees south. Then it sang from the cottonwoods just east of the Lone
Pine Tree. After that, it flew across Shoveler's Pond and hid in the
small trees lining the west side of the pond.

Also an EASTERN KINGBIRD catching flies at Hunn Meadow East, just
north of Boy Scout Pond.

I'm heading right back to the Fill now!! Maybe there will be a condor
or some darn thing. - Connie, Seattle
