Becoming more typical by the day it seems. My brother called, from
Hansville, and described what I suspect were Eurasian Collared Doves coming
to his feeder. I see them in neighborhood north of Olympia regularly now.
Their range expansion seems to have carried them into many parts of western
Washington now. Can't remember seeing eastern Washington reports.

For a couple of weeks now my neighbor has told me that he has a pair of
Eurasian Collared Doves at this back yard feeders.
I had not seen them, so I did not know how accurate the description was.
Today I had them at my feeder about 30 feet away with great looks while they
were feeding on the ground.
I agree that they are Eurasian Collared Doves....my question is whether they
are typical for here or not?
Sibley does not show an occurrence anywhere near here.
Any helpful thoughts for me?
