I was driving home from work today and saw what I think was a black-billed magpie on a wire.? It was at the intersection of J & 9th.? It had the long tail, typical bill & solid white breast.? However, I did not get a good look at the wings to see if there was the white spot.??? Is there anything else it could have been??? Has anyone else seen a magpie in this area?
