Hey Tweeters,

Today I spotted a Peregrine Falcon soaring in lazy circles over downtown Anacortes. When I looked at the bird through binoculars, I saw that it had a large bird in its talons, I couldn't tell what kind. Then I saw feathers floating down; the falcon was actually plucking the feathers out of its prey while soaring.
