I was unable to post this until today, but Friday evening about 6 PM I observed a "funny" looking Robin amongst the dozens in the meadow area of the off-leash dog walk area in Marymoor Park.? It was slightly larger and longer than a Robin but had a longish, distinctly decurved bill .? I had about 15 seconds to look at the bird and can only say that it's breast and belly were pale yellow and the back dark.? The light was poor and drizzly and it flushed when I edged a little to get a better view.? I only got a side view and saw no streaks on the breast or observed that?the back and tail were rufous.? Still, the only thing I can come up with is Brown Thrasher.? If?anyone wants?a better description of the location,?let me know.
