An adult Bald Eagle was seen perching this morning at 0820 hours?to the NW of 145th St exit?on top of?the Vineyard Community Church cell tower. The tower is on the?westside of I-5 and is disguised to look like a building with windows. The raptor's body size was very large in comparison to the tops of the near by confiers. It's plumage was dark brown with a very large bright white head & tail. Even in the rain at 56 mph the yellow bill could be seen.?Amazing!
