Every once in awhile, someone reports a "white" hawk somewhere in
Washington or Oregon, almost invariably a leucistic Red-tailed. Imagine spotting
something like this Kansas bird while mainlining down I-5. A total
screeching halt show-stopper for sure!! _A "White" Hawk_
