As a matter of general interest does anyone have a good handle on where SEOW's nest in the Northwest? Do any nest and stay in the Skagit over the summer? The books I have say they tend to gather in small flocks during courting and mating but specific locations seem to be scare. Now that I have a number of reasonable images, I would like to increase my knowledge of life cycle, etc., for teaching purposes and find that too many of the bird books copy each other with old knowldege. Any help with personal knowledge would be appreciated.
