Hi Tweeters,

Sorry for the late notice, but I just learned about an interesting talk that
is being held at the UW, Seattle, tomorrow:

Tuesday, March 15th, from 12.30 - 1.30 pm in Smith Hall 107; a talk by
Kristoffer Whitney (UPenn), entitled: "Valuing Wildlife through History: A
Genealogy of Shorebirds in North America".

Kristoffer studies Red Knots on the East Coast, and will be speaking about
the history of the interaction between people and birds.

The talk is free and open to the public.
