Tweeters,

Tina and I were able to find the GLAUCOUS GULL pretty quickly. We finally
found the LITTLE GULL hiding in a large group of Bony's loafing on the small
gravel point north of Sunset Drive. We've had this bird on our Washington
target list for a couple years. Thanks Dennis and Steve!

Good birding!

Rick

Subject: [Tweeters] Gulls off Edmonds

Hi,

Early this afternoon Dennis Duffy called to say he had a Glaucous Gull off
the fishing pier.

I arrived within 10 minutes and the 2nd winter Glaucous was still showing.

There were probably a couple of thousand gulls off there. Dennis had
already seen a probable small jaeger.

A little while later he drew my attention to a first year Little Gull in
amongst the many Bony's and Mews. The birds were moving south and, by the
time I left at 3 pm,
the festival was over. Pretty amazing.

Cheers, Steve
