Monday (3/21) and Tuesday (3/22) Steve Pink, Dennis Duffy and I birded in Cowlitz and Wahkiakum counties.

We had a few highlights:

American White Pelican - (3/21) a single bird in flight over Elochoman River, Wahkiakum county

Osprey - (3/21) one along Hwy 4 near Stella, Cowlitz county

Red-shouldered Hawk - (3/21) an adult at Willow Grove, also near Stella, Cowlitz county

California Quail - (3/22) one at Woodland Bottoms, Cowlitz county

American Dipper - Mill Creek Rd, Cowlitz co; Elochoman Hatchery, Wahkiakum co; Grays River Hatchery, Pacific co
