Swans are leaving for the north. Most of the trumpeters have left the
Snoqualmie/Snohomish area. I did find 47 yesterday (42 tundra and 5
trumpeters) in the fields off Lowell-Larimer Road. The adult and juvenile
are still hanging around Beecher Lake just south of Bob Heirman Park near
Snohomish.
I did see a small flock (400-500) of snow geese off SR9 between
Marshland Road and Lowell-Larimer Road. There might be fewer as the flock
was smaller than 6 days ago.

Please continue to let me know about sick or injured swans at the contact
info below. I will check the Honor Pond out although if anyone has been out
there, please let me know what you found today- Thursday.
