Yesterday I was out at the Monroe Honor Farm off 203rd. While no swans were
present, there were other waterfowl. About 50 coots were up on the grass at
the west end happily grazing. The lone sandhill crane was still there as
well, flapping wings and stretching a bit, then back to hunting things in
the grass. It was quite close to the road for those with great cameras.
