Hi all,
?
?I forgot to turn on Butyl Creek today and didn't even look back there-- I was more worried about how our Violet-green Swallows, who have only showed up once,?are doing in this weather.
?
It's an inconvenient time and the bird is now?gone and I have no idea if it will be back for a bath this evening, but a 90% blue Indigo Bunting (Is there any other possibity int the world of exotics?) was looking to take a bath with some Robins and Fox Sparrows.? I turned on the creek but he unfortunately chose to bath in some standing water out of photo range.? He came out a bit and I expect my photos will be terrible but they will show a blue bird.
?
I have no idea what level of interest there is in this bird but I've got to head out for a half hour?now and the bird is not here now and may not be back all day (There is no action on the creek at all now) or ever but just in the outside case?our address is 4972 17th Ave South on Beacon Hill.? Only accessable from? 15th Ave South.? Any tweeter is welcome on the driveway which gives a view of the creek and the whole tiny back yard.
?
PS I may have missed this bird because it acted like it knew where the creek was even though it wasn't on today.
