For the past few days, I've been seeing an American crow with large
bilateral white wing patches on the underside of the wings. The bird hangs
out near the front of the UW medical center and adjacent triangle parking
garage in Seattle. Anybody know if this is considered a "piebald crow" or
"white-winged crow"? Or is a white-winged crow considered within the
spectrum of piebald crow? Thanks,
