Subject: [Tweeters] night singing White-crowned Sparrows
Date: May 2 12:03:55 2011
From: Ed Swan - edswan at centurytel.net

I spent the weekend with my son's Boy Scout troop at Ft. Worden by Port
Townsend this weekend. Both nights, I heard a number of White-crowned
Sparrows singing in several different locations as late as 11pm. They often
seemed to be set off by some human-caused noise.

I heard my tanager of the season there yesterday and saw a Turkey Vulture
come up from the Pt. Wilson area.
