Last year I was told that a resident of the Pt. Edwards condos in Edmonds
witnesed and photographed one of our resident bald eagles taking out a
red-winged hawk.? I did not see this happen, but a few days later I photographed
a juvie bald eagle scavaging the?wing of a red-tailed hawk which was lying on
the grounds of the old?tank farm below the Pt. Edwards walkway, which lends
credence to the report.
