Hello all,
In the last couple days I have had an unpleasant surprise of seeing 2 rats
foraging for food around my bird feeders. They look to be eating spillage
from a hopper feeder that the birds spill out seeds and shells.
Has anyone experienced this and what did you do? I certainly don't want
rats. I also, don't want to use toxic materials options.
I quick internet search led me to a couple potential options. One is a sonic
method. The other was some sort of scents of rat predators (fox and bobcat)
that supposedly make them want to leave the area.
All suggestions and feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
