I couldn?t figure it out. Closest guess I could make was a salamander but the front appendages could be fins as easy as legs from what stills I captured and I don?t see any sign of rear legs. ??????

Any guesses as to what the critter is? Is it an amphibian, maybe a tailed frog tadpole?
