Steve Caldwell (with Bob Forgie and Gary Nafis) just called to say around noon today they had a fly-by adult BLACK-TAILED GULL at the end of the boardwalk at Bowerman Basin, near Hoquiam, WA, having parked in the parking lot near the old Bowerman airport.
