Subject: [Tweeters] Three new yard birds

This morning I noticed a Yellow-rumped Warbler in the backyard amid the
Chickadees. I've only had them in the yard three or four times so it made
me think there might be some migrants in the yard today. So I started
paying attention.

Within a few minutes I saw an ORANGE-CROWNED WARBLER which is a yard bird
for me. That got me excited so I headed outside with my bins to see what
else might be around. A little pishing brought the Yellow-rump back and a
pair of Orange-crowns. Soon after they were joined by third species which I
couldn't immediately identify. The size and color made me thing Cassins
Vireo, but they are uncommon enough that I assumed I was wrong. But I
grabbed my camera and went searching for a picture.

Before I got the picture though, two VAUX'S SWIFTS flew over which is
another yard bird. I soon located the strange bird from directly below
which made ID tough, but he finally looked at me showing the full
spectacles. Sure enough, a CASSIN'S VIREO. I did manage to get an
identifiable picture, but I wouldn't mind a second opinion just in case.
But as far as I can tell, its a THREE YARDBIRD DAY!
