Looks like a warbling vireo to me - distinct supercilium, and something about the clarity and brightness of the sides and vent don't look like the orange-crowneds I'm used to.

Subject: [Tweeters] Lincoln Park: Vireo or Warbler?

Hello again Tweets,

Regarding my previous message about an Orange-crowned Warbler in Lincoln Park?which I had corrected from my orginal typo referring to a Golden-crowned Warbler?I received a couple of thoughtful notes from Tweeters suggesting that I * still * had it wrong, and that it?s actually a Warbling Vireo! I really appreciate how Tweeters is such a good group for promoting both education and humility. :-)

The photo in question is here in case you haven?t yet seen it and would like to join the ID conversation:

Thanks to all for helping me and for your patience as I struggle with warblers, vireos, and the rest...
Trileigh
