Hello All,



I'm doing a hike up to Fragrance Lake just outside of Bellingham with my
wife and daughter and a couple other families. We are hoping to see various
birds along the way.



Any recommendations of good spots along the hike where there might be a
higher likelihood of birds hanging out?



Also, after the hike my wife, daughter and I may have some extra time to
explore 1 more area in the Bellingham region. Any suggestions of a
destination that would have some good migrants/variety right now?



Since this would be after a hike we would probably prefer something with
minimal distance to travel on foot.
