Dear Tweeters,

Michael Willison found a BLACK-THROATED SPARROW at Milltown today (5-28-2011). This bird is at the gate, reached by driving south on Pioneer Highway from Conway (Skagit County), then turning west, across from the little building that says "Milltown" on it. Then you cross the RR tracks on this dirt lane, keeping the slough to your left, and go north to the gate, and voila--the bird was gravelling by the gate.

Michael says the bird has no tail, so maybe it will stick around.

Yours truly,

Gary Bletsch
