Perhaps a full report will come later , for now:
Today on Soap Lake [the Okanogan version], I was suprised to find a
pair of BLACK SCOTER hanging out. Didn't expect that when I raised my
binocs.

Also, over on Cameron Lake Rd., I had a loud LEAST FLYCATCHER
chebekking away -- 3.9 miles south on the road from the north
intersection w/ 97, at a swale w/ some brushy rose bushes and such.
