Phil Kelley's Wednesday morning walk scoped a Kingbird, possibly Tropical, from the New Dike Estuarine Trail seen along the New Dike south of the green gate at the entrance to the New Boardwalk at 11am. We could not make out whether the outer tail retrices were all the same color, but yellow breast, white throat and gray cap.
