Saturday 11/5/2011 the Canvasback male was swimming with 5 female scaup (I
thought Lesser Scaup, please correct me if more enlightened) on the outside
of a raft of about 1,300 American Coot.

Also saw 19 Bufflehead, a pair of Hooded Merganser (male displaying), and
Western and Horned Grebes.
