Subject: [Tweeters] Mud Bay Yellowlegs

Stopped at Mud Bay yesterday afternoon and found at least 18 *GREATER
YELLOWLEGS*. This seemed like a high count for this time of the year to
me. Several of them were actually swimming across some of the channels,
almost like big phalaropes.
There were large numbers of ducks on Capitol Lake in Olympia,
Including *Canvasback
*and one of the largest number of male *Buffleheads *I have ever seen.

Good Birding!
