Russell Cannings and Jeremiah Kennedy just reported two SNOWY OWLS along the
Iona Island south jetty in Richmond, BC! Together with the recent sighting
of one near Victoria, this could indicate a flight year. I'm sure Russell
will have more details to tell us shortly.
