Hi Robert and Tweeters,

There is a pair of Peregrine Falcons in the area, they sometimes roost together in the snags at Evergreen Point.? I was able to study one facing me through the scope one time and no bands.? I am hoping to get a chance to digiscope them together.? I wonder about them, are they the same birds as the UW area falcons or not?? In the birds view Evergreen Point isn't all that far from UW.? At any rate it is always a thrill to see them either singly or together, makes my mornings when I am parking to catch the bus.? Saw one this morning.

One time I saw both of them stooping on a gull but they went out of sight and I wondered how that turned out, if they made a kill it would have probably been over water so they would have had to fly the gull onto land or lose it.

Driving westbounf on I90 I observed a Peregrine Falcon on the bridge between Bellevue and Mercer Island on the north side

i had a similar sighting a couple weeks ago in the same spot
