A Black Phoebe in Snohomish County would appear to be a first. The county
checklist at the Washington Birder web site, as of November 2010, reflects
no Black Phoebe sightings for Snohomish County. It is a category 5 (5
records or fewer) bird for both King and Skagit Counties. Perhaps Steve
Pink, the Snohomish County compiler, will weigh in on this.
