Subject: [Tweeters] Snowy Owl and Black Phoebe, mear Stanwood

It is starting to look very much like a Snowy Owl flight year! I was also
thinking, that the Black Phoebe could possibly be the same bird that was
hanging out at the game range last year? Any thoughts?
