Tweeters,

Very early this morning I tried, but dipped, for a reported (eBird)
Yellow-billed Loon in Wenatchee's Walla Walla Point Park, then headed
uphill.

A few hours on the still snowless Waterville Plateau later this morning was
pretty quiet save for a immatures SNOWY OWL atop a pole just south of Atkins
Lake. Other raptors included one Northern Harrier, five Red-tailed Hawks,
two Rough-legged Hawks, one American Kestrel, and one Prairie Falcon. I
spotted one Northern Shrike, too. Other "northern" species included two
Lapland Longspurs, and but three Snow Buntings.
