Yesterday morning at Rosario Resort on Orcas Island (on the east side of East Sound) I had what I think was a red-faced cormorant. It was close enough for me to see the bright red around the eyes and above the bill, and the bill was yellow. Most of the cormorants there were pelagics, so I had them for comparison. However, I know it's out of range, and I've never seen one before, so I would love confirmation, or at least opinions!
